We tried several resorts before settling on Nature Valley Resort, and it turned out to be a good choice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fine overall, and the staff gave very good service. Food was the weak point: lunch and hi tea were fine, snacks were good, but dinner and breakfast were average, so I’d give the food 3 out of 5. We had a lot of fun, and it’s a great option for families or anyone wanting to play sports. Highly recommended.

I had an awesome time here, and the ambience gives the resort real potential if it’s maintained well. The staff were polite, and when I complained that the rooms smelled, they dealt with it right away. The rooms could still have been cleaner. There were lizards, though that comes with all the trees and greenery around. Food was average, and the breakfast selection could be better. The sambhar was sweet. Indoor games weren’t well maintained, and pool activities were limited. Still, I’m giving it five stars; otherwise, I’d put it somewhere around 3.5 to 4.

The food was the best part for us, and the staff were very accommodating. We celebrated my birthday with friends and family at this huge place, with spacious rooms available too. There were adventures, pool time, and other games for everyone, including the children. Book it without a second thought, you won’t be disappointed.

The food was good, but the rooms were below average, especially the washrooms. It felt like a subpar Oyo room. I think the pool filtration wasn’t working, because the water smelled like sweat. I was disgusted being there.

The resort was a terrible experience. The broker was responsive and very polite when giving the quote, but changed his behavior after I paid. The charges are very high for the hygiene and the place.
