In my view, keep your own belongings safe. We were given a room that was already occupied, so after arriving we moved to another one. Then we discovered one of our bags was missing, and it still hasn’t turned up. Everything else was good, but the management wasn’t.

I ended up staying at Nikko Premier for two weeks while in Delhi, after three awful nights at a nearby hotel. The staff here were wonderful and helpful. My bed was comfortable, the bathroom was cleaned every day, and the room had tea and coffee making facilities. The towels and bedding were fresh and clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Nikko Premier Hotel has a nice, clean, well-kept atmosphere. The food was good, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. I had a nice experience overall, though the service could be better.

The food was good, but I won’t be coming back. My room wasn’t clean when I arrived, and I had to call for every single amenity. There was a very pungent smell coming from the window even with it shut. The manager seemed strange the whole time.
