Blossoms now runs this property for students and working professionals who want to rent a room by the month. It's a newer kind of managed rental setup, with breakfast and dinner included if you need the meals. Twin sharing costs somewhere between 22k and 25k.

For three days, the balcony, Wi-Fi, and Android TV with YouTube were useful, and you can get a normal general view from the front-facing rooms. I booked through the OYO app for 811/- a night with breakfast, though what they call breakfast is just tea and two slices of toast. You can order other things from their menu, but those come from another kitchen and cost extra. Even the first bottle of water is chargeable, or they can refill one of their empty bottles with RO water. The bed linen, pillow covers, and towels had been washed but still had stains. The intercom didn't work, and there was no electric kettle for tea or coffee. On the Android TV you need your own Netflix, Prime, or YouTube login, there was no DTH recharge, and I think it should have been set up through OYO instead of guest logins. Staff said another party used to manage the hotel and that current management is cutting costs, making it just a place to sleep. They didn't even have the welcome juice that's supposed to be Townhouse's USP. After 10 pm they lock the door, so coming back from a Saturday night party, say in sec 29, could mean waiting 30 minutes. They also seem confused about handwash, bodywash, and body lotion: all three bottles were labelled handwash. The lotion was the one in the white bottle.

The room had dirty, used linen, there were no sealed water bottles, and the kitchen wasn't operating. So even if breakfast is part of your package, you won't get it. The hotel was very unhygienic, the staff were rude, and they weren't following any covid protocols.

Even after I complained, nobody seemed bothered about how poor the hygiene was on the bedsheets, pillows, and towels. They used to give two small bottles of mineral water before, but didn't provide them this time.
