OPO Essential Sec 21

My two-day stay at OPo essential in Gurugram was memorable, exciting, and very satisfying. The hotel was clean, the amenities were good, and all the staff were excellent in their behavior and responses. Pankanj at the counter was especially caring, supportive, and courteous.

The main letdown was the food, which I found below average. I’d suggest trying the nearby dining options instead. Otherwise, OPO Essential in Sector 21, Gurugram, was comfortable and good value for what I paid. My room was 2100, with a balcony view that was a nice bonus. It was clean and spacious for the price, and housekeeping met my expectations for the rate. The location worked well for my travel needs around Gurugram. Despite the food, I’d rate the stay above average for the price and found it worthwhile.

The rooms are spacious, but that’s the only good thing I can say about this hotel. I’ve stayed here for a week on each of my last four visits, and the staff still seem clueless about hospitality. On my first visit, the bed had hundreds of red ants, not just one or two. I asked to change rooms, but they only removed the ants from the bed and did no pest control. On the second visit, the bathroom had no working geyser and the plumbing was poor. Staff didn’t respond after I complained. This time, my room was infested with bed bugs. Even after several complaints, staff were completely unconcerned. Requests to change rooms or fix problems go unanswered, from the front desk through housekeeping. I’d never recommend this place. There are much better options nearby for less.

Check-in was easy, service was quick, and the location is convenient. The rooms are well kept and the staff are courteous. I had a comfortable, hassle-free stay and would recommend this hotel.
