OYO 10020 Golf Stays

The bedsheets were very dirty, the bathroom stank, there were cockroaches in the room, the handle was broken, and dogs wandered inside the hotel. We had booked a room and a visitor came by for around 30 minutes to drop us off. Later, the receptionist asked for an extra 500 because another person had been in the room. Customer care hadn't told us visitors would cost extra when we called. In front of customer care, she claimed they'd already explained it at check-in and demanded that we prove they hadn't. The receptionist was rude and unresponsive, with no manners for speaking to customers, and tried to act like my mother.

The internet was very slow, and the water wasn't coming properly. Staff were so rude, especially the girl. I asked them to activate some channels, but they did nothing. They also charged me extra for early check-in even though the room was ready, then made me wait 45 minutes.

I booked a different property in Gurgram, but the OYO property person cancelled that booking and moved me here without reducing the price. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was a TV stand but no TV. The bathroom geyser was broken, so they brought hot water in a bucket after half an hour. Cockroaches were all over the rooms and on the bed, and the bedsheets smelled bad. Breakfast was the same every day. Housekeeping took 12 hours to respond to a complaint.

The staff seemed high and were rude. One worker on the first floor stared at us without saying anything while I was at reception. When I asked if anyone was there, he said the boss was coming, but kept staring in a creepy way. The washroom was clean, but everything in it was broken or not working. The bedsheets were dirty. I asked three times for fresh ones, but they brought the same dirty sheets each time. The worst OYO property.
