The rooms were in good condition, and that's the only reason for the one star. We booked the whole floor for a party, but management didn't take care of basic things. The balcony was dusty until I asked for it to be cleaned, and despite 12 people staying overnight, we had to ask several times for water that hadn't been arranged. There was just one fridge in the building, and we had to call someone each time we needed anything from it. The hall AC kept leaking, so we had to call the manager to clean it up. The handle on the main door to the second-floor entrance was already broken and came off when touched. The manager blamed us and wanted us to pay for repairs. We didn't accept responsibility, and after 30 minutes of arguing, the issue was settled without us paying.

A decent place for a night. It's set a little back from the main road, and both the room and service were okay. The manager was respectful and professional.

The room was dusty and damp, nowhere near as clean as the pictures suggest. Sanitation needs attention. The area felt very dirty and slum-like, with unpleasant people around. This was the worst room OYO provided.

The host has an accent, but that was about the only thing to mention. The service was awful and the prices were overcharged. It is listed on Airbnb as a villa and apartment, but it's OYO, and there was no water. The flush didn't work, and neither did the hall AC.

We stayed one night, and it was a bad experience. The rooms were clean enough, but both ACs were faulty and suddenly shut off in the middle of the night. Room service staff couldn't manage the AC temperature either. The locality was really cheap, and the roads were awful. I spoke with two staff members: the first was rude, impatient with my questions, and gave me a strange look after I had to ask twice. The second was just as rude. They need to learn how to speak politely to guests. Breakfast was good, though. We tried aloo parathas and poha. Don't book through the OYO app. You have to pay upfront, and cancelling means a charge for the full amount. Thanks.
