They charged Rs.4500/- for a room worth Rs.1250/-, and the stay was an unhygienic mess. They had agreed to provide clean, comfortable beds, pillows and a duvet, clean couches, pest-controlled rooms, breakfast and two main meals, laundry, airport transfer, a tea and coffee maker, an electronic safe, and decent, healthy food. None of those things were delivered, not even once. The food was the same day after day with no changes. They don't deserve even one star for the service or amenities.

The service staff were ready to go out of their way to help, and the rooms had everything needed. Sachin, the front office manager, was great, though the owners weren't directly involved. A great place to stay. I'd give it 5 stars overall.

The location is excellent, and the staff were okay. It's a low-cost budget hotel, so service is something you have to compromise on. The place isn't maintained well, and the ACs seemed partly broken, so you couldn't change the temperature.

We booked their catering for a party at home after enjoying the tasty food. The place was clean and spacious with a nice ambience, and both owners, Chadda Brothers, were very sweet. Mr. SACHIN, the manager, was lovely too.

A really bad experience. I booked for two months through goibibo, but the hotel refused to honor the online booking and gave me a room directly at an extra cost. Customer service was poor. The bathroom was in bad shape, there was no cleaning, and no bed tea.
