After waiting nearly two hours, until around 11:30 pm, we were told there was no room for us, even though I had booked two rooms for 10.02.2018 and showed the manager the MakeMyTrip confirmation and message. He said our booking had been given to some other people by mistake. I’m a doctor from Agra, and while we waited I watched what was going on at the hotel. I came away believing it was operating as a brothel, with the manager, Sardar Dev arora, involved. I can’t say whether he was the owner or manager. I felt customers were being misled, and that you could get trapped there and have the manager pick a fight over silly things. I’d tell everyone to stay away and ask #mmt to take strict action.

For the price I paid, it felt like value for money. The staff were unprofessional, though the reception managers were good. It’s close to the local market, which makes it handy for bachelors, but far from the corporate offices.

The staff will threaten you, and I’d feel safer sleeping on the road than staying here. This place is run by criminals, in my view. Never book it. Manager Dev arora has a criminal mind.

There are plenty of choices just outside in the local market, so I went out for street food. I didn’t try the hotel’s food. The room was nice, and the staff were helpful.

We booked through Goibibo about 10 days ahead, booking ID HTLUAUMRTA, but when we arrived the manager said there were no rooms and sent us to another hotel. The two hotels were about 10 minutes apart by cab. The next day, while we were out, staff entered our room, packed our bags, and checked us out. When we got back, they told us to move again to the hotel we’d originally booked. You shouldn’t touch a customer’s luggage without permission. There’s no point booking here, it’s a fish market.
