The rooms were clean and well kept, and the rates were budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. We celebrated my sister's wedding at The Grace Residency, and it was a dream come true. The owner and management were supportive and made us feel like family; the staff also made sure everything was just right, from the food to the decorations. The atmosphere felt magical for the celebration. I'd choose The Grace Residency for a wedding, engagement, or other gathering. It was an excellent experience.

The food was so tasty, the rooms were clean, and service was smart. We celebrated a small function today and had a really good time in a lovely atmosphere. Mr. Rakesh, the banquet manager, is doing a very good job, and the other service staff were quite good too. This venue stands apart from others, and I highly recommend it.

The rooms and bathrooms are dirty, with very bad bedsheets and bathrooms. The owner should personally check every room and hire a cleaning agency to clean the hotel. It's very dirty.

The rooms are spacious and amazing, and the prices are worth it. The food is so good I could write a whole paragraph about it. Honestly, the dahi ke sholeys are mouth-watering and a must-have starter if you're having a party here. Service could use some work, though.

Review for 7th Aug, 2020. The staff at the counter were unprofessional, and one person didn't know how to speak to clients. They charged a lot for services that were useless, with room service just as bad. I called for tea and it arrived 45 minutes later. Even the counter staff said snacks take at least 45 minutes after an order is called in, and the portion they brought was only enough for a small kid. The food was tasteless too. I wouldn't book here for a wedding, party, or even a room. It was the worst experience. In my view it deserves minus -5*, but since that's not an option, I'm giving it 1*.
