I felt safe here, with the CCTV actually working, and cleanliness and hygiene clearly mattered to them. When I ran into an issue, the owner came over and handled it in a humble but firm way. The staff were helpful, accommodating and supportive throughout my one-night stay, and the food was good: tasty lunch and dinner, plus a good breakfast. The Wi-Fi was fast too. It was a pleasant, good-value stay, and they know how to keep customers happy enough to come back.

The owner's story was really inspiring, and he was so welcoming and friendly. The place felt like a home away from home, with lovely interiors and good hygiene. We had a wonderful stay, and the aalu parantha is definitely worth trying. It felt safe for a family or a group of friends.

Even if you call the owners to confirm on the day, there's no guarantee you'll get your room. The management, which is new to the business, sometimes cancels confirmed check-ins to take short stays of less than a day, including partygoers and couples, especially on weekends. They say they often have trouble with OYO online bookings. OYO may move you to another nearby place promptly, but dealing with the cancellation and the inexperienced management's poor ethics was a harrowing experience. Also, breakfast isn't served before 9 am, even if you ordered it the night before, so check that before booking or checking in.

It's quiet around the hotel, with no rush or noise, and the staff are very cooperative. A secure place to stay with someone, and one of my best choices so far.

The owner is really nice and greets everyone politely. The service is good too. You can go for it.
