The bathroom was clean, bright, and had hot running water. I didn’t eat at the hotel and went out for meals instead. The room itself was a little dingy and damp, with lumpy pillows and mattress. It was on the ground floor, so there was some noise, including loud television from reception at times. The location is convenient for the Rapid Metro, but it can feel unsafe after dark because there are no streetlights. I had to ask for the complimentary bottled water, and staff then asked whether I wanted regular or mineral water.

I was totally disappointed. The linen quality was poor and didn’t meet the standards Oyo claims. The bathroom door had no handle bars, water collected in the bathroom, and they gave us normal water in an unsealed bottle instead of complimentary mineral water. I’d suggest avoiding this property.

The breakfast only starts at 8:30, which makes me late getting to the office. Rooms are okay for a budget price, and the service is quite okay too.

The staff were quite good in how they treated us, but the stay was really uncomfortable because of bed bugs. It was a scary experience, and I had to check out a day early.

It’s in a nice spot near the highways, and room service is great. All amendments are available. An excellent place to visit, worth a try.
