The bed was super comfortable, and our deluxe room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. Check-in went smoothly and the staff welcomed us warmly. The only downside was slow Wi-Fi in our room. Everything else was perfect, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Room prices can be negotiated, and the room atmosphere is awesome. All the staff were helpful and behaved well. Check-in is at 11 AM and checkout is at 11 AM. OYO Hotel Devi Place Inn is the best hotel around the area of Gurgaon.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is good, and the view from the hotel is amazing. I was very happy with the property, its staff's behaviour, and the prime location. The ambience is top notch too. My experience was great, and I'd highly recommend hotel OYO Hotel Devi Palace Inn.

I arranged a room for my parents and spoke with the hotel about early check-in, but the owner clearly refused and wouldn't give them the room. OYO's representative did nothing, leaving my parents outside in the sun for an hour. This OYO app is the worst. Booking DYQ01822, OYO HOTEL DEVI PALACE INN, Plot No. 1108, New Railway Road, Near Sheetla Hospital, Subhash Nagar, Gurgaon.

The room the manager gave me was dirty, and even after I complained about the cleanliness, all he arranged was room spray. The bathroom was supposedly cleaned just by flushing it with normal water. I'd read many reviews from people who had already stayed there through the OYO app, and not one was happy with the room: they said it was dirty, the bed linens weren't clean, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The manager was rude, and the OYO customer representative was helpless when I complained. The owner always gives dirty rooms to people booking through OYO. I urge everyone not to book hotel Devi palace. It's the most dirty and worst hotel in entire Gurgaon. If you don't trust my review, go to hell (hotel Devi palace).
