The rooms are filthy, and there are bed bugs. On top of that, manager Vijay is rude and arrogant, with no manners or sense of responsibility. Owner Deepak is no help either. After you move out, they stop answering calls and messages. They still owe me my ₹21,000 security deposit after ages, making excuses and lying about it, even though rent had to be paid on time while I stayed there. Save yourself the stress and don't stay here. They cheat people without shame.

I was told my deposit would be returned the day I moved out, but getting my own money took more than 23 days and plenty of follow-ups. Even then, they deducted an amount. Manager Vijay and owner Deepak are unprofessional and dishonest, make promises they don't keep, and avoid calls after you leave. The management has no integrity. There are plenty of better run, more trustworthy places around, so I strongly advise against staying here.

The PG itself is fine, but getting your security money back from the owner could be a real headache. They seem to find one excuse after another to avoid returning it.

The rooms were decent, but the people here were horrible. They kept harassing me about rent and still didn't return my security deposit after I moved out. The location was even worse, muddy and full of water all the time. I also had an extremely rude roommate who hassled me to pay the electricity bill every time.
