The room and AC were good, and the best thing about the stay was the Oyo rooms shampoo and soap. The bathroom had almost no water pressure, so water barely came out of the tap. Room service was dismal. They didn't leave water, so I had to go to reception for it every time. I also never received the complimentary breakfast, even though I reminded the reception staff every day.

The reception guy was very rude and unprofessional. They show rooms for under 500-600 on sites like Oyo and booking.com, but then demand more money when you arrive, saying the minimum is 1000 rs. They should take any pricing issue up with Oyo instead of making travelers pay for it. These people just want to loot customers. The hotel map reviews are fake too. I've never seen a more unprofessional person. 😡😡😡😡😡

The rooms are good, and it's a nice property. Staff are good and try to make you comfortable, but still don't manage to deliver 100% of what you need. Service is a bit slow, and you have to call again and again to remind them about your order.

Don't book this property for less than 1000, and avoid booking through Goibibo. We reserved a room there for around 700-something per night, but when I called the hotel to check in, they said we had to cancel because they wouldn't let us check in. Be careful when booking here. I'd suggest talking to the hotel first, because they don't listen to other websites.

According to the hotel management, this location has been closed for the last two years and they aren't offering any hotel services there. Oyo knows about it too. Don't make room bookings through OYO, and they should stop accepting bookings and mark the hotel as closed on their portals. This is confusing customers a lot. Hope this helps.
