The room is quite big and the geyser works fine, but the Walton space is very, very small. The laundry service is the worst: the towel smells and the sheets were bad. The place is going through a change, and it’s on the opposite side from where the map showed it.

There’s no hygiene in the room, and the service is the worst. Most of the time you just get an excuse about breakfast. The staff attitude is terrible, and they won’t even answer your calls. Pathetic place.

They pressured us to give them five stars and wouldn't let us leave until we did. That's how we got fooled. I don't know how anyone thinks it's okay to force a rating instead of asking.

The rooms were fine, but the service and the staff's attitude really weren't.

The room wasn't that great. The staff were helpful, though.
