OYO 9024 Hotel Secret Miraz

For a cheap night away, this was a lovely stay for the price. The rooms were clean and nice, with a fresh floral smell. Staff were courteous and really friendly. We ordered something late at night and they kindly made it for us straight away.

The location was a little hard to find, and I wouldn't consider it suitable for families or girls. The rooms are tolerable, but the AC didn't cool well. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and a group of men runs the facility. Outside food isn't allowed, so you're expected to order from their kitchen. I'd skip that and walk five minutes to the nearby community market instead.

The market is really close, and the rooms are quite spacious with the usual Oyo rooms amenities. For this price, it's the best hotel in the range. The manager was helpful and had a calming manner, always ready to help with a smile. I had a good experience, and if you're going nearby, you can book without a second thought.

I've stayed here four times and liked everything until they refused to accept food I'd ordered online. The booking information didn't say outside food was prohibited. I keep wanting to book again, but since I order through Swiggy or Zomato, I have to look elsewhere. If they can assure me delivery orders are allowed, I'd book here again.
