The lounge was a lovely place to sit with my favorite coffee, and I felt at home during my average 34-day stay. I've stayed at The Royal Crown before, and I know I'll come back. The atmosphere is warm when you arrive, and the staff are courteous and respectful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with AC, hot water, TV, clothes storage, and laundry and taxi service if needed. The food was delicious, the dining area was wonderful, the gym was fully equipped, and the WiFi worked on every floor. I was here for both business and pleasure and never regretted a day. I felt safe in the family-oriented environment. Management and staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable, and I'm grateful for all their kindness. The rooms are tidy and very clean, and the colony has full security, including security dogs. Just note the name: it's Crown Royal, though OYO lists it as Signature hotel. You can stay here with confidence.

The building was clean and the rooms had plenty of space, but the staff's attitude made the service the worst I've had at an Oyo. Breakfast was only okay. Watch out for the receptionist who took my phone in a sneaky way to close the booking and give themselves a five-star rating.

The food was okay and the service was fine, but the location was too far from the main road and the area didn't feel very safe. Couples, I'd avoid booking here. Light from the balcony kept coming through the window even with all the room lights off, and the centralized balcony light couldn't be switched off from inside.

The room was decent, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. The food quality was poor, though. Getting there is rough because the road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition. It's still about 1 km from Huda Metro Station and not far from the expressway, so it works for a one-night stay near the metro.
