I’m still in room 202 as I write this, and the room itself is good. That’s about the only plus. The food has been awful, with no breakfast choices. One day they said there was no rice; the next, I got cold rice in a terrible thali. When I asked them to replace it, the rice they brought was hot but watery and half-cooked. In the evening they couldn’t make tea because the hotel had no milk. The staff don’t seem capable, the room isn’t cleaned, and the sheets and towels aren’t changed. Leftover food sat outside our door for two days, and the corridor looks like a garbage bin. My husband was on an official trip, so we planned to stay four days, but we checked out on the evening of day three. On the last day, manager Mr.Paras refused to give us tea because he thought a guest was in our room. My husband had to bring the cab driver up to collect his payment, and the driver left within a minute. When I called to ask for tea, Mr.Paras spoke rudely to me. Oyo should have trained, well-mannered managers. It was pathetic. Avoid this hotel.

The interior is the highlight here, easily five stars. The rooms are nicely designed, and there’s a lovely little reading area and dining space with cute swings. You could spend a day here without getting bored 😛. It’s close to lots of good places in Gurgaon, and you can walk to the main road to explore. It can be hard to find on the first try, though. Google Maps alone isn’t enough, and proper signs would help. The rooms are sometimes left without staff checking whether they’re clean or locked. They could also improve staff alertness and breakfast choices.

The hotel is nicely placed in quiet surroundings, though there isn’t a market nearby. The facilities are great, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. Some rooms also have balconies. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff are well behaved.

The place is neat and clean, but check the bathroom setup before choosing a room. Some have a fully enclosed glass bathroom, and the glass is translucent, so you can be seen a little from outside. Room service is a bit concerning.
