OYO Flagship 441 Medanta

It’s a calm place to relax, with good rooms and views. The building has three floors and decent parking. Staff welcomed us warmly and behaved well. They also serve food that feels home cooked, with less oil and a healthy feel.

The cleanliness and staff behaviour were good, and the staff were helpful with our requests. I liked the free shuttle to and from Medanta, arranged on call, though service was a little slow, perhaps because the tie up with Medanta was recent. OYO management was good too. Our mother had surgery, and they arranged her meal menu and got the food to her on time, along with other things we needed. Overall, a good hotel.

The rooms are clean and the basic services are there. Google Maps can find the place easily, but at night it’s easy to drive past it. Food delivery can be a hassle: some places, like Domino's, don’t deliver here, and other restaurants take a long time.

You can hear sounds from every room, so it’s noisy and not very relaxing, with little privacy. It’s basically a house converted into OYO Rooms, and doesn’t feel like much of a flagship. The fixtures are noisy and not well maintained. The geyser heats slowly and has a small tank, and the floor had a layer of dust.
