The staff are polite and helpful, but they seem to lack the tools and training to do the job. All in all, OYO has a long way to go. The place is out in the middle of nowhere, with nothing nearby and not even tarred roads leading to it. I was charged far too much and first shown a tiny room without even a table. I had to protest before getting a more spacious one. It was dusty, and you wouldn't want to step onto the balcony. The linen was stained and sad. There was no soap or anything in the toilet until it appeared on the second day. Food was available through Swiggy.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious for the price. It's perfect for a night's stay. The lift could be a little bigger, but that's just me nitpicking.

The location in downtown Gurgaon was very peaceful. We got large, well-appointed rooms, spotless linen, excellent internet, quick service from the staff, and delicious food. Thanks to Oyo for getting us all those five-star facilities at a budget price.

The location was poor, the food was very bad, and the breakfast smelled. The washroom was filthy, there was no hygiene, and the linen and blankets they gave us were used and unwashed. The staff seemed untrained. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The food was great, and the rooms were roomy with spotless linen. Staff were courteous too. It’s a peaceful place near my office on Golf Course Road, and this Oyo flagship felt like good value for money.
