There were mice and insects in the rooms, the AC barely worked, and water kept causing problems. Hygiene and maintenance were awful. Management and staff were deeply unprofessional and offered no help. This was the worst OYO property I've stayed at. Booking here seems worse than staying on the street.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were cooperative. The room was clean too, so I had a pleasant stay.

There was no water supply and the AC didn't work, and the room wasn't cleaned. Staff weren't user-friendly either. Oyo should blacklist this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, and I had a great stay. I'd recommend it to others.

The location is pretty good, but the rooms were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Mosquitoes filled the bathroom, so we had to bring our own repellent. There were no tissues, kettle, TV, or telephone. The geyser only works after 6 am. Staff aren't always at reception, so you have to go downstairs and ask for everything.
