OYO Townhouse 050 Mayfield Garden

I travel a lot for business, and this place feels like home to me. I usually don't write reviews, but it's one of the best hotels in town: great property, staff, and service, with quick help and very polite staff. I stayed during Diwali and asked them to arrange candles. They lit up my whole room, which made the occasion really special. The food is good, and malls and a market are within 5 km. Everyone should try it and enjoy their day.

The staff were helpful, and the Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast was okay too. It's a good budget hotel in Gurugram, with a clean room and basic amenities. The shower was a problem: warm water took 8-13 minutes to come through, wasting many litres of water.

The hotel looks okay, but some basic things didn't work well. The AC wasn't working properly, and the phone felt like a luxury since it wasn't fully functional. There was no light outside the room at check-in, and nobody came to escort me.

The property looks on par with other Oyo Townhouses, but my stay here wasn't great. The rooms were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days, and the linen hadn't been changed before I got the keys. There were strands of hair from the previous occupants everywhere, including the bathroom. I'd been looking forward to a match, but the TV didn't work, so we had to change rooms just to watch it. I've stayed at many Oyo Townhouses and expected more.
