The room was good, but there wasn’t a menu in it, and for what Oyo Townhouse charges, it didn’t feel like a luxurious stay. There were power cuts, and the TV kept switching off every 10 minutes. It took quite an effort to turn it on, and I couldn’t watch a single show. We’d booked ahead and arrived at 11:00, even though Oyo policy says check-in at 10:00 is complimentary, but still had to wait about an hour.

The power backup failed for nearly 45 minutes in summer, leaving us in complete darkness without fans or lights. The bed was in horrible condition, and the bathroom was awful, with a door that couldn’t be closed at all. I checked 2-3 rooms, and all were in bad shape and dirty. Don’t waste money on OYO now. I checked three OYO Townhouses that same day, and they were all in the same condition. OYO has fallen to zero on quality.

Card payment wasn’t available, and breakfast quality wasn’t up to mark. There’s no kitchen late at night or early in the morning, so if you check in late or have an early flight or meeting, they can’t serve you tea or coffee. Things were a little out of order.

It’s okay, and the complimentary breakfast was good. They only gave one towel, and the double bed mattresses weren’t fixed in place, leaving a gap between them. There isn’t enough parking outside, and leaving a car there is at your own risk.

The owner contacted me on WhatsApp after my stay in an unprofessional way. Women would understand. That message was a major put off, and feeling safe is important. The place itself was okay, with no balconies and windows that didn’t open fully. The food wasn’t good, while service and cleanliness were okay.
