OYO Townhouse 505 Spring Sky"

The room service was good, the staff were friendly, and they moved me to another room because the first one had a lot of seepage. But the condition of the rooms and washrooms was pathetic, apart from the reception finish. There was even an empty chips packet under the bed in Room 003 from a previous guest. The linen was dirty, and trying to reuse it was the biggest problem for me, with zero hygiene. They replaced the bedsheet when I asked, but later I found hair and stains on the duvet cover too. I was tired, so I went to sleep. Breakfast was cold, with poha, daliya, macaroni, tea, milk, and coffee. The buffet lids were broken, and the food wasn’t appealing. Another family with a child was very disappointed too. There’s no point offering breakfast like that. Better not to include it, or a bad rating will follow. I’d heard Oyo townhouses were good and decided to try one, but after this experience I’d stay away if they’re all like this. The price was cheap, but even at 1150 I wouldn’t accept this. Others might find it value for money. I thought it might be a steal, based on what my friends had said about Townhouses. If they’re supposed to be good, this place shouldn’t be called a Townhouse. Make it an Oyo and it might get a 4-star rating, since expectations would be similar.
