Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur

I booked for a week and felt right at home. The staff were helpful, and room service was available 24x7. After work, the small gym and cool off pool were great for relaxing. Thanks Rahul & Nidhi for being there to assist and support me throughout.

Our room was 519, and the toilet and bathtub had stains that didn't come off even after housekeeping came back in the morning. When I first called service, they said they hadn't brought the chemicals needed for the commode, and arrived with only a cloth and window cleaning solution. The small wedding function's catering was average, with limited choices from the host and nothing that made me want another serving. At night, getting ice turned into three failed attempts after in-room dining passed the request to the restaurant late. Ordering at night was a hassle, with the night shift making things difficult instead of easy. Other than that, the stay was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I paid around ₹15,000, and the stay still wouldn't have felt worth even ₹1,000. The food was poorly seasoned, the promised complimentary items never arrived, and even the tea came without proper cups. Meals were terrible, and service was just as disappointing. The rooms only had Dish TV with a few channels, no smart TVs. Couples thinking of staying here should reconsider; home would be more comfortable and peaceful. This was the most frustrating and disappointing hotel stay I've had. Even a basic OYO hotel would do better.

A decent spot for official offsitw meetings if you're on a modest budget. The food and service are great, and it's close to Gurgaon without being right in the city.
