Perch Arbor Golf Course

The rooms are spacious enough, the bathrooms are clean, and there’s a good view. You can order meals from other restaurants, and Box8 gets food here very quickly. They only provide complimentary water bottles on the first day, but you can get more from outside with a food delivery. With the highway connection, getting around is very convenient, and the metro is nearby too. It’s a decent hotel in a decent locality.

We stayed at Perch Arbor Guest House for over a week last month while my family and I were moving to a new apartment in Gurgaon. The staff and service were attentive and very nice, and the clean, nicely decorated place felt a lot like a hotel. The Italian food was great; the Indian food was good too, though the seasoning was sometimes a little off. One suggestion: add a few more weight machines to the gym. Good job, keep it up! Cheers, Naveen

The service could use some fine tuning, especially kitchen and dining area cleanliness. Breakfast choices are very limited, and the area feels deserted. The in-room TV has few viewing options, and the Wi-Fi bandwidth is low. Still, Perch feels like home, with a prime location, clean rooms, and guest-friendly staff. It’s better than most hotels nearby.

We had privacy and felt comfortable bringing the family. The rooms were big, the food was good, and both the water quality and hot water were fine. They even sent someone out to get medicine when we asked. There’s a room heater and free Wi-Fi, and the staff are friendly. It’s near the mall and metro station. Five out of five, I’d recommend booking here.
