We came with family for a wedding, and the room itself was decent for the price. Still, I can't give a better rating because several things went wrong. Our online payment took a long time to confirm since the hotel has multiple accounts, which is a problem when traveling a long distance. The person meant to help carry our bags told us to take them ourselves because he was busy, though he wasn't. They should have more staff. In the first room, the washroom lock was broken, there were no toiletries, and it smelled unmaintained. The manager first refused to move us, then came to check and changed our room. The replacement had a shared balcony with the neighboring rooms, and its door was hard to close, which felt like a security risk. The water bottle in the room was already open and looked refilled. Please improve the service.

The meals were delicious, and service was quick and smooth. I also appreciated the care and attention from the staff, who were prompt and warm throughout my stay. My room was spotless, and the general atmosphere showed attention to detail. Hotel Garden Inn made the visit memorable, and I can't praise the team enough. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, I look forward to coming back.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The owner also seemed like a good person who personally checks on customers. My only complaint is the water price, 47 rupees for a single 1-liter bottle is way too much. Otherwise, all good.

I don't usually review hotels, but it would have felt unfair to skip this one after my recent stay at Hotel Garden Inn. I found it clean and comfortable, and the staff knew their work and were very accommodating. Service was great from check-in through check-out. It's rare to find a place that stays within budget without losing quality, and this one exceeded my expectations. A hassle-free, enjoyable stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I'd be happy to return.

For the price, I had a good stay and the basics were all there. The rooms were a little small, but mine had a balcony, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Service was okay, nothing special.
