The food really stood out during my February stay, and they even made a special hollandaise sauce for my friend’s eggs benedict. The hotel was remarkably clean, and the service was excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone after good food and attentive hospitality.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the rooms have been clean both times. At breakfast, Bavinder and Mr. Prateek always looked after our group so well. The buffet service was consistently excellent. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

Himanshu Bisht made a big difference to our stay. He was courteous, quick to respond, and clearly dedicated to keeping guests happy. As banquet supervisor, he understood what we needed, coordinated the staff, and paid close attention to details. Everything went smoothly, and his professionalism and high service standards made him a real asset to the hotel.

The staff weren't especially welcoming, and the room had several problems: a broken kettle, a stained pillowcase, confusing light switches, and an unsuitable shower curtain. For what I paid, the experience was below average. I've stayed at comparable hotels that were better, so I wouldn't recommend this one.
