The team made the stay stand out. Suresh at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and made check-in easy. Dilip kept the room spotless and the amenities up to date, while Surender was attentive and prompt with room service. RosaStays is also in a convenient spot near the Sector 31 market and metro, so shopping and getting around were easy. A great combination of location and courteous staff, and I’d recommend it to visitors.

I booked one of their properties in Jan 26, then called to reconfirm the stay and was told they no longer managed it. They refused to tell me who I should contact instead. That’s absurd for a hospitality company. Their employees are untrained and rude, and Ankur, who called me, may be the worst customer service person I’ve ever spoken to. I consider this company fraudulent and would never stay with them or at a property they manage.

The location was great, close to the metro and Sector 31 market for good food, and there was no noise pollution. Check-in was simple, the room had all the facilities, and the place was clean and elegant. The staff were friendly and polite. I had a very good stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were nice and had all the necessary amenities. My only concern was the staffing. The security guy checked us in and seemed to be the only staff member available for anything we needed. I was quite surprised.
