Check-in was a mess: the receptionist charged more than 1k extra for the same room Oyo offered for less. The room was dirty, with stained pillows and bedsheet, and had none of the basic amenities. Several things were broken, including the AC, washroom supplies, mini fridge, and switchboards, and nobody helped sort them out. A terrible stay. I wish negative stars were an option, and I wouldn't recommend this property.

I lost a lot of time here and never even booked a room. The online listing said rooms were available, but when we walked in to look around, the guy at reception said the only room was in the building next door and cost twice as much. He kept asking who had referred us, as if he was trying to work out a commission, and couldn't understand that we'd found the listing online. There isn't even a sign outside to show it's a hotel, just a house. We had heavy backpacks and still walked away. I went to Anand Villa half a block away and was much happier there. Avoid this place.

I only found this place okay for a night or two, and moved to another hotel afterward. I stayed at the Civil Lines branch, very close to Rajiv chowk in Gurgaon, not Delhi. Check-out was cash only, no cards, and the nearest ATM was almost a kilometer away. They have no taxi service or taxi office contacts, so use city cabs through apps. There is no in-house laundry, and they don't provide laundry bags or tags, so you have to tell them to collect your clothes when the laundry person visits. The food was okay, though I only tried vegetarian dishes. The room lighting was dull, the AC was old and loud enough that I couldn't hear the TV with it on, and the walls seemed thin enough that I could hear the next room's TV. The WiFi was barely usable: it failed to connect most of the time, and when it did, it was very slow and kept disconnecting. Even a basic Google search felt like a gamble. My stay was below average.

The rooms are spacious and the infrastructure is nice. I saw two rooms that need maintenance, but the rest looked very good. I stayed for a few days and didn't have any issues. I'd go for it.
