Saltstayz Select – Unitech Cyber Park

My first stay here was very good, and I had no issue with the property itself. This visit was different. Two days before arriving, I called to ask about early check-in and was told they could do it if a room was available. I was willing to pay the fee and arrived early in the morning as discussed. The night shift manager initially refused to give me a room, behaved unprofessionally, and didn’t communicate properly despite the prior call. Once a room was allotted, several amenities listed by the hotel were missing. Around 9 AM the next day, when I stepped outside, a housekeeping staff member called after me on the road to ask when I would check out. That was inappropriate, and such questions should be asked politely while the guest is inside. The day shift manager, though, was extremely courteous and professional, treated me very well, and was supportive. I appreciated that.
