The food is worth the price, but the rooms have gotten worse each time I’ve stayed here to save a few bucks. The linen is always dirty, the beds are broken, and the washrooms are dirty and constantly stink. There’s no toilet paper, and the toilet lids are broken. If they don’t have a room, they move you to another nearby property that also belongs to them. There are several hotels around Bakhtawar chowk in about the same price range, so I’d suggest choosing one of those.

Housekeeping was horrible. The room was extremely dusty, the mirror was broken, and the television didn’t work. The entire night there were continuous power cuts, and with no ventilation I couldn’t sleep in the dark without a fan or AC. When I asked, the staff said there was no fuel for the DG set and seemed helpless. A dreadful stay. Book at your own risk.

The owner refused my early check-in between 10am and 12pm, even though an OYO executive had assured me I could check in then while booking. The executive moved my booking to a nearby hotel, but they wouldn’t let me in because there had been a fire there. I paid 25% of the booking amount at both hotels and still haven’t had either payment refunded. Horrible experience. I won’t choose OYO again.

I’ve stayed at several corporate stays, and never had service this bad. They ran out of drinking water, had no glasses at the dining table and told me to bring one from my room. During breakfast I had to wait 10-15 minutes each day while they cooked more food, and once they served me a dead fly with my breakfast. They couldn’t provide room freshener or All-Out either. The manager hurried over, acted like a good guy, and wrote down my complaints, but nothing changed. I waited three hours for drinking water and housekeeping. Please visit for the experience.
