The lift got stuck while we were in it, which was frightening. When we told the staff, they brushed it off by saying it happens often and not to worry. That response was irresponsible, and the place needs proper maintenance and staff training. The bedsheet wasn't clean, and the staff were reluctant to change it when we asked. The washroom was dirty, and the cupboard was so filthy they had put newspaper inside it. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the whole place had a negative feel. Very disappointing.

The cupboard was so dirty they had put newspaper inside to hide it, and the washroom was unclean too. The bedsheet wasn't clean either, and the staff were reluctant when we asked them to change it. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the place had a negative vibe. Very disappointing.

There was no staff around. The room was dirty, and the toilet wasn't clean either. The flush didn't work. The worst hotel room ever, don't try this lousy place.
