We arrived late at night and had to pay cash to get a bed because the hotel wouldn't honor Oyo's reservation. The linen was dirty, and there was no drinking water or towels. Breakfast was poor, and although it was supposed to be complimentary, we were charged for it. They served one plate for two people. I hope Oyo removes this place from its network. Please avoid it.
It's more like a guest house than a hotel, with just okay facilities. My experience was bad. Lots of boys were walking around like in a hostel, so there was very little privacy. I didn't like it.
I paid online when I booked, but when I got to the hotel around 9 pm, they said the payment wasn't valid because they don't accept online payments. They asked me to pay again for a room. I ended up having to find another hotel late at night, which was extremely inconvenient. Why list online payment on booking sites if they don't accept it?
The service was poor, and cleanliness was basically nonexistent. Not good.
The staff were irresponsible and unhelpful, and the location shown on Google Maps is wrong. That also makes it impossible to get anything delivered.
