The Altruist Business Stays- Medanta

The room itself was good, but service was practically nonexistent. I stayed 15 days and it wasn’t cleaned during that time. They never changed the bed cover or towel either. The TV was there, but despite asking from day one, they didn’t recharge it. You have to ask every time for basic things like water or tea. They provide toothbrush and paste, but no soap or oil. Some staff were good, and breakfast was okay. One especially annoying thing was the guards asking for my room number every time I entered the hotel.

The food and stay made this my best experience. Chef Jagdish kailash would come over and suggest his special chutney and dishes, which was a nice touch. The staff were generous with their easy, attentive service. Thanks for looking after me so well, and I hope to come back.

I was here for five days as company accommodation. The food was good, and the staff were understanding and very helpful. Someone was available around the clock if any issue came up. I’d recommend staying here.

For four days, the room never got cleaned. Getting food brought up was a problem too, and I had to ask more than once for basics like water and spoons. The staff seemed irritated by those requests. Just average.
