My first stay here turned out to be the worst. We couldn’t get a cab to the location, so at 4 in the morning my wife, kid, and I had to carry our luggage for about 700mts. The reception representative was unwelcoming. The room we were given didn’t resemble the listing at all, it was just a basic bed and bath, with no drinking water, clean blankets, or towels. I wouldn’t recommend fabhotels.

I booked one night through Makemytrip for the 18th of August, but had to find another hotel. The Uber driver struggled to reach this place, and I only located it after a lot of difficulty. There was no visible hotel name at the front, and the main gate was shut, so I went in through a side gate. Nobody was at reception, only two ladies in the lobby. One told me it was a hostel and fully booked. I showed the booking confirmation, but got the same response. The attitude was completely unprofessional, and I was stranded after my taxi had left. I tried the property phone number on the confirmation but couldn’t get through. As a hotelier myself, I was shocked by the experience. I had to book somewhere else.
