Gaurav and Mazhar from the staff took great care of everything during my 5-day stay. They handled all the daily necessities responsibly, and the hospitality was exceptional. I felt comfortable and safe, and the room was very nice.

For a low budget in Gurugram, this is one of the best luxury Hotel options. It was a value for Money deal, with a great location near a shopping mall and Metro. The rooms were Nit n clean, and the staff educated n Pleasant. Couple n family friendly, too.

Garbage was all over the premises, and the staff were non cooperative. I asked to have the room cleaned, but nobody even listened. Checkout took 3 hrs to process. The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the food was the worst. There were cockroachs and a mouse in the toilet. Zero facility. No generator facility or lift facility, just Ups backup for power cuts. l

The location is wonderful, with a shopping mall nearby. The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful with everything. Housekeeping was really fast. Thank you 🙏
