The Musica by ZiffyHomes

The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. I loved the rooftop, and there are plenty of shared spaces, each with its own character. The rooms were spotless and nicely done. This place feels like a home and a hotel together, with so much thought put into every square foot. It feels as if you're part of the designer's concept while you're there. 10/10.

The rooftop view is mesmerizing, a lovely break from the tension-filled city of gurgaon. It's an amazing spot for music lovers, and the staff were really helpful. I can't see a reason not to stay here.

Breakfast was a letdown. There were no choices for the complimentary meal, just whatever they'd made, even though I was told when booking that I could order what I wanted. When I complained, they made excuses. The food was pathetic and service took far too long. Don't book offline, they take all the payment at the start and then don't look after you well. The AC remote didn't work, and hot water took ages to arrive. When it did, the pressure was so low that filling a bucket took half an hour.

I've been staying at Musica by Ziffy homes for the past two weeks, and whenever I've reported an issue, they've dealt with it promptly. I especially want to recognize Mr. satpal from maintenance. He seems able to handle all kinds of issues, and he's polite and gentle with clients.
