The Oberoi Gurgaon

The Oberoi has remained a warm and enjoyable place to stay for us, just as it was on our last visit. Taj and Oberoi are always at the top of our list when we travel to India, and the hospitality, service, and comfort here live up to a five-star hotel's reputation. We hope they'll offer more family-friendly room options in future, especially a two-room suite, so families don't have to book separate rooms and pay almost double. We had another wonderful stay and appreciate the care and warmth from the whole team. We'd gladly return.

We had a wonderful meal at Madam Chow, and special thanks to Chef Aarushi for the delicious flavors and presentation. At Ziya, Chef Vaibhav's excellent food and warm conversation made the experience extra special. 361° also impressed us with its food, atmosphere, and service. We were lucky enough to dine at all three outlets. This visit to The Oberoi, Gurgaon will always mean a lot to us. My husband and I had been there before for his birthday, but this time we were celebrating our very first night together, and the property made it feel perfect. The warmth, grace, and attention to detail made us feel celebrated. Every part of the stay, from the hospitality to the food, felt thoughtfully arranged. The hotel is now part of our journey and memories we'll cherish. Thank you, The Oberoi, Gurgaon. We look forward to celebrating there again.

We had dinner and breakfast at threesixtyone, with plenty of flavor and variety in the food. The staff were helpful at every turn, and the welcome was warm, including at the restaurant. Check-in was effortless, with staff coming to us to handle it. Our room felt comfortable and luxurious. We also loved the complimentary, on-demand drop-off and pick-up service to ambience mall, with no waiting.

I visit The Oberoi Hotel's Business Center about four times a month for meetings, and Aastha makes each visit a great experience. She's always welcoming, with a warm smile and positive attitude. Calm, polite, and professional, she makes guests feel comfortable and pays close attention to detail so everything runs smoothly. Her steady, gracious service reflects the high standards of The Oberoi. She's a valuable part of the Business Center team, and I truly appreciate her dedication and hospitality.
