They wouldn't allow room delivery, so we had to come downstairs in the middle of the night to collect parcels, even though we were exhausted. The place treated us more like hostel residents than paying hotel guests, with no empathy, flexibility, or basic courtesy. Policies seem to suit staff convenience instead of guest comfort. If you're tired, sick, traveling with family, or looking for comfort, avoid this place. It completely ruined our stay.

The restrictions caused a lot of avoidable hassle and ruined the stay. Outside food deliveries aren't allowed, hotel food is extremely expensive, and delivery workers can't come up to the room. Staff won't help bring things either, so guests have to go downstairs themselves for deliveries or important items. That's especially uncomfortable for tired travelers, families, or anyone unwell. They should explain this policy before booking. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Stayed a week. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the price affordable.

Don't choose this place, especially for a long medical stay. They don't allow medicines to be delivered, and recently they changed the delivery rules for Zepto, Zomato, Swigy, Amazon, and other services too. It feels like they're trying to mentally harass people. Room service isn't regular, so you have to call every day. The bedsheets are in very bad condition, and the staff are sort of... The recently opened kitchen is super expensive. Overnight, they raised the tea price from 30 to 80 rupees.
