The room smelled awful, the AC didn't work, and there was a water problem. There was no food at the hotel, and the cutlery was poor. Parking outside felt very unsafe, and my car got scratched while parked overnight. I've never seen a worse hotel. There are much better choices nearby, and they charge as if this were a star property.

The hygiene was poor, and I didn't like how the staff treated women. They kept my family, including the kids, at reception for more than an hour because one person was missing ID. I asked them to let the others go to the room at least, but Naman from the staff started abusing us and refused, saying it was against hotel policy.

The rooms look nothing like the photos, and the staff are arrogant. Facilities are very limited.

It's a decent place to stay, but they don't serve food, which is a problem. The location shown on the map is inaccurate and should be updated.

A very unhygienic place. I wouldn't stay here again.
