The location and price are good, and the brand owner seems humble and soft-spoken. But the day reception staff made this my lowest-ranked hotel stay across many places. I'm a frequent traveler, and because of this particular day-shift front-desk worker, the hotel has lost me as a regular guest. Hospitality and a warm welcome are basic expectations, yet I found those missing, mainly during the day shift. The staff member was repeatedly rude, unhelpful, and argumentative over even small things, with little professionalism or courtesy. It seemed he welcomed short-stay couples warmly but treated work travelers and people seeking peace with indifference or hostility. He also spent a lot of time chatting casually at the reception instead of focusing on guests. If you only need a place for a few hours and expect very little, you may be fine here. For a calm place to work, a respectful atmosphere, or peace of mind, I wouldn't recommend it. The day-shift receptionist can disrupt your peace. It's especially disappointing given the owner's manner. Management should review who is assigned to the day reception desk and how staff are trained. Front-desk staff should be trained and courteous; this behavior drives guests away.

The manager, Mr. Sudhir Yadav, deserves special thanks for making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
