The staff were polite and supportive, and went out of their way to help. The location was convenient too. My OYO room was surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated, with the basic amenities all working properly. It was one of the best budget stays I’ve had. The rooms were clean, and I’d stay again, 10/10.

There was a mouse in the room, which was the worst part of a stay that was already far from what the photos showed. The rooms were untidy, the walls stained, and the taps and showers didn’t work properly. I was there with a patient and had medicines and food items with me. In the middle of the night, while I was sleeping, I heard an odd noise from the dustbin. When I hit it with my slipper, a mouse came out. Just imagine what it could have done to the medicines and food. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. It accepts bookings at lower rates on third-party apps like Agoda, then asks for more money at check-in.

The food was amazing, and the staff were approachable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the place. The room, washroom, and blankets were all very clean.

The rooms were a mess, dirty and in terrible shape. They looked nothing like the app photos, which was really disappointing. I’d strongly suggest skipping this place.

Even after paying extra for a premium room, basic things were missing. There was no soap or towel, the bedsheets were torn and dirty, and the AC didn’t work. The toilet was filthy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The rooms were very dirty, and the place felt unsafe, shady, and inhospitable. Staff were rude and uncooperative. Worst experience ever.
