After ten exhausting hours at work, I needed a comfortable place to rest, and this wasn’t it. The mattresses looked extremely worn, the linen was dirty, and the rooms didn’t look like the photos. I had to call more than once just to get basics like a towel and water. The gulab jamun I ordered was cold, which was disappointing for someone with a sweet tooth. I don’t understand the “Super” in Super Townhouse. It seems to be used by unmarried couples for two-hour sessions, so I wouldn’t recommend it for families. The location was the only positive.

The room was filthy, with spit on the walls and floors, and staff ignored my calls for water or help. I had paid for an extra mattress, but they refused to give me one when I arrived. It felt like a complete failure of service. OYO support hasn’t responded, so I plan to seek justice through legal channels. Don’t waste your money.

I booked and paid for an extra mattress, but they still refused to provide it. The filthy room had dirty bins and spit on the walls and floors. Staff were completely uncooperative and didn’t answer service calls, and I wasn’t even given basic drinking water. I reported everything to OYO, but there’s still no solution. The staff quality and hygiene were both awful. I’m warning people I know to avoid this place, and I plan to file a formal case in Consumer Court for justice. Minus five stars from me.

The food was awful, and nobody was helpful. Support staff were no good either, and the service was horrible. Every staff member at this property seemed unprofessional. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. My booking ID is PV4I2234.
