Townhouse Sector 53 Golf Course Road

This has been the worst hotel stay of my life. Breakfast was included in the booking, but they charged for it and didn't provide it. There was no bottled water available, and I didn't feel my belongings in the room were secure. The receptionist greeted me with a mouthful of tobacco. Honestly, sleeping by the roadside would feel safer than staying in this junkyard.

There isn't a kitchen, and although they charge for breakfast, they don't serve it. They also provide no towels, soap, drinking water, or glass. The room was filthy, from the floor and bed to the table; the bathroom bucket, pod, and washbasin were dirty too. When I raised a concern, the receptionist argued back with “koi naaàaa.” This is the worst hotel and deserves zero on every measure.

I spent five planned days here, with Wi-Fi out the whole time and water and electricity unreliable. I had to switch rooms twice, but basic facilities still weren't working right. There's no backup power, so some nights I was without the AC and fan. At times only the bathroom lights worked; at other times the fan was out while the lights worked. The lift stopped working after the first two days, and at checkout I had to carry both bags downstairs without staff help. The bathrooms also lacked a proper water supply. After I complained to agoda, they offered another room change. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had. Please stay away.

The food was nice, and I was comfortable during my stay. Service was excellent.
