I had paid online through Agoda, but the room was so dirty that I left without checking in. The manager said the laundry person was on holiday and they would change things in the evening. While we were speaking, the owner's father came over and behaved rudely toward us. I had one of my worst hotel booking experiences. Avoid it if you can.

I come back here for work trips because it's conveniently located and affordable for regular travel. The rooms are good, though service can be slow sometimes.

I couldn't stay for even one night, although I'd booked three. The first room was dirty, and the replacement was worse. The WC was black instead of white and looked as if it hadn't been flushed for days. The manager came to see it and called housekeeping over, but the worker just flushed it and wiped the seat with a dry towel, saying it was fine. This all happened within my first 15 minutes. With nearby hotels sold out, I eventually asked housekeeping to bring the best-washed bedspreads they had and clean the room and WC in front of me. The manager then put me back in the first room, saying it had been cleaned, but I felt it hadn't been cleaned or sanitized. Fabhotel support was rude too. They asked me for photos, but after the WC had been flushed, I asked what picture they expected me to take. I spent nearly 1.5 hours explaining, without getting anywhere. I emailed the photos I could take, after compressing them, and was told they couldn't find a problem. Maybe the compression affected the image quality. I was shocked that their investigation found no service issues. They also said that, because I'd prepaid, I had to request any refund through customer care, and then denied a refund for the remaining two nights. It took them 10 days to reply. I checked out after one night and emailed again asking for those two nights back. The front desk guy and other staff were very rude and didn't care about customer service, and Fabhotel support was no better. I'm posting high-resolution images so people can judge for themselves. If Fabhotel support thinks this counts as clean, we clearly have different ideas of a clean room, WC, and bathroom. Thanks.

The staff, atmosphere, and amenities were all good, and it felt family and couple friendly. The rooms are just very small for the price.
