Breakfast was very limited, just bread and butter, poha, and parantha. The food overall looked far from fresh and tasted so bad that we had to order the same meal from outside. We had paid for a third bed when booking, but it wasn't provided when we asked. The staff weren't helpful either. I wouldn't recommend this guest house for a future stay.

Breakfast still hadn't arrived by 10 AM because, we were told, the cook hadn't come to work. Our room also took an hour to be cleaned after the scheduled check-in time. The whole experience felt highly unprofessional. I feel OYO is focused on expanding and takes on idle properties without paying enough attention to service quality. I haven't had a good experience with OYO, and whenever I've booked through them, I feel I've paid for nothing.

We had a good stay overall at this nice, premium hotel, which seems well suited to couples. The one thing I wasn't happy about was being given room 102, right by reception, when the OYO check-in message said room 304. I don't know why that happened. I'd book this OYO again if they could promise not to put me in a ground-floor room like that.

In the morning, the owner said they couldn't serve the included breakfast because no staff were available, and was very rude about it. OYO didn't resolve the problem either. Earlier, I arrived around 2:30 instead of noon and still waited 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready. The room I was first given wasn't properly cleaned, and they moved me only after five hours. A pathetic experience.

There's an in-house restaurant serving delicious food. The place is calm and decent, and the rooms are spacious with good ventilation. A nice hotel to stay at.
