It's a nice hotel for the price, and the staff were generally helpful. They did bring another serving when asked, but seemed either stingy or careless with the breakfast: they left out some options, gave us fewer bread slices, and served a smaller omelette.

Everything was neat and clean, and the room had a TV, fridge, office chair, desk, and coffee table. The building reminded me of an OYO townhouse. Room service was lousy, though: even after reminding them three times, I didn't get breakfast until I went to reception. Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms wasn't very good either.

The only real plus is how close it is to the railway station. The rooms were average, and I'm not sure why online portals list it as a 3 star. The free breakfast wasn't anything special.

The breakfast came very late and didn't taste good. The owner said the sheets and towels hadn't been washed because they wouldn't dry if washed, which was a pretty lame excuse. The sheets and pillows were dirty and smelly, the towels were stained and unwashed, there were spit marks on the wall, and the storage area for pillows, towels, and sheets was filthy and full of cockroaches. This feels like a shady place for people to smoke and drink, not a family hotel. Avoid it. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

The restaurant is downstairs, and sometimes the lift stops working. There's a buffet, but it didn't seem hygienic: people take food with their bare hands while eating, and there's no basin in the restaurant. The washroom is by reception, and they don't provide bills. The TV only has free channels, with no paid ones.
