The reception is really good, but the property feels quite old. The rooms haven’t been looked after well and have a bit of a smell. Nothing seems to have been renovated in the past decade.

This is my third visit, and I’d keep coming back. It’s a nice little boutique business hotel, with Prasenjit always being very helpful. Rupam also got the booking sorted quickly. The location is right next to Candor Techspace. The food could use some work, especially the stuffed paranthas, which have very little potato filling. Wi-Fi is adequate, though not the smoothest, and they may need more routers and higher bandwidth. About the daytime AC complaints, I think people may be misunderstanding how the centralized system works. There are overhead Hitachi ACs as well as large centralized vents to adjust the airflow. In my opinion, during the day the centralized AC is enough, and that’s the one to use instead of the overhead units. At check-in, I’d suggest asking for a room with glass windows on the exterior side of the building.

The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. They provided an oral hygiene kit when I asked, and breakfast was complimentary in the room. There isn’t a day restaurant, but it’s right next to Domions and a few other nearby restaurants. The business park and ICICI HDFC Bank office are close by too. At night, with the lights off, you might notice some harmless flying insects.

There are no eateries nearby, so you’re left with upvaas or ordering from Swiggy or Zomato. The place looks good from outside, but it’s poorly maintained inside. The bathroom leaked all over, and the shower sprayed everywhere except my body. The sheets and towels were worn out, the water bottles were dirty, and ventilation was poor. They also switch off the AC during the day, though they have two different AC systems or protocols. Overall, it wasn’t a very positive or lively place to stay.
