The rooms were spacious, the toilets clean, and there was a balcony where I could sit by myself. Prices were affordable, and after I told the manager about the slow start, things improved. At first nobody answered the room service calls. One tip for online food orders through Zomato, Swiggy, or U-Eats: set the location on the road, not where GPS points, or the delivery person may end up at the main road behind the hotel. The building doesn't show the hotel name, so ask reception for the plot number.

The staff were unprofessional and rude. I accidentally made a prepaid booking, but when I arrived they refused to give me a room. When I asked them to check on their tablet, they started behaving badly, and I ended up cancelling. Oyo didn't help. They also charged me the full booking amount, 1278 rs., for cancelling after they wouldn't provide the room. It still hadn't been refunded after more than a week. Worst service. Never book prepaid at budget hotels like this. Oyo doesn't help once the money is paid.

The property itself was satisfactory, but the stay turned bad. There was waterlogging and mud around because nearby buildings were under construction. During the rainy season the wooden room gates swelled and became hard to open or close, and the lift stopped working in the rain.

I wouldn't recommend this for a family stay. Orders only arrived after four or five reminders, the bedsheets and towel were smelly and stained, and water from the AC flooded the room. I've seen good OYO hotels for 800 bucks, so this one feels truly pathetic at 1100 bucks.
